What is increased placental resistance? What should we do for it?

It means that it’s harder for blood (and oxygen and nutrients) to flow from mummy to baby. You’ll need to follow up with your gynae very closely. Do every test/scan that’s required (will be more than the usual). Follow all the advice your gynae gives you about your nutrition and care during your pregnancy. If baby doesn’t grow well, you might need to deliver earlier, so it’d be good for you to follow up and deliver in a place with good neonatal/paediatric support. That’s of course the worst case scenario. Hopefully, baby still does well inside and will grow well:) hang in there!

Super Mum

I’m not sure.. sorry. Talk to your gynae? Make sure you eat well and get enough rest ok?
