I am 33 weeks 5 days pregnant.. I have afi 9.5 doctor suggested me alamine iv sv saline.. is it safe.. anyone else experienced it ?

Antacids:) there is another class of medicine that’s okay for pregnancy to reduce stomach acid production. See a doctor to ask. Also, no coffee/tea/citrous fruits. All acidic. Take small frequent meals, don’t skip meals. The small frequent meals also make you less full each time, so you have less acid reflux

I have 130/80 mmhg bp is it very high? What to do?

It’s borderline. Cut down on salt intake, try not to get stressed/agitated... monitor your blood pressure at home regularly. If the above BP was taken in the clinic, sometimes it’s high due to anxiety before you see the doctor. So if you can, get a BP machine and check it at home twice a day when you’re in a relaxed setting:)
