Avoid salty food, even you have strong cravings. when i was pregnant with my boy:- bbq, mala, steamboat, anything that is strong favoured please avoid. my baby came out at 3.8kg (my height 158, 79kg when he is still inside)

CS, do note that every pregnancy is different, the nurse/doc have already burst my water bag back then after inducing me and I was waiting for full dilate (but only dilated 6cm) Within 24hours I need to dilate 10cm which was unsuccessful, so in the end CS

veg, tofu, soy bean, soy bean milk (sugarless) packed w healthy proteins. + exercise. my bb is in super healthy range for smooth v delivery
