Postpartum Necessities
What do you guys pack in your hospital bag? Do I need to buy nipple cream, nipple shield, perineal cleansing bottle? I'm so lost right now please help 😭

- one set of baby go home clothes (Mittens,socks,beanies,onesies) -one swaddle - one set of ur go home clothes - nipple cream for me( bf momma) - perineal spray just in case - maxi pads just a few pack 5-6pads (usually i ask hospital) - toileteries eg; shampoo, toothbrush/paste, disposble towels, bodywash,comb, deodorants - powerbanks - wallet Its my 3rd one but i loved to be prepare 😅 But if im short of something to heal, i'll just ask the hospital. KKH momma here
