Postpartum Necessities

What do you guys pack in your hospital bag? Do I need to buy nipple cream, nipple shield, perineal cleansing bottle? I'm so lost right now please help 😭

Which hospital will you be delivering at? You can use Thomson medical hospital checklist as reference (https://www.thomsonmedical.com/delivering-at-thomson/hospital-bag-checklist). Do get perineal bottle. It’s very helpful. I did not bring nipple cream and shield to the hospital but overall it’s up to you.

I'll be delivering at TMC! Will running down water considered the same as how it works for the perineal bottle? As I've heard most of them didn't use as they ended up having c-sect. Thanks for your reply tho!
