What do you use to clean baby nursery? I saw this nursery all purpose cleaner at taka - is it any good?

I just use wet wipes for surface cleaning. This one looks good as it claims to be 100% natural. Alternatively you can mix the juice of 3 lemons and 3 teaspoons of bicarbonate soda and add 1 drop of washing detergent, some drops of essential oil and water to fill up the bottle for an affordable and effective spray. I've tried the above recipe which I got from this site: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/property/advice/10673719/Eco-living-how-to-make-natural-spray-cleaners.html but I got lazy, so I just use wet wipes for now.
