What do you think about having CCTVs in infant/child care centres? Do most infant/child care centres have CCTVs?

When I read about cases such as these: http://sg.theasianparent.com/is-this-a-case-of-infant-abuse-or-accident/ http://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/girl-2-found-with-injuries-at-childcare-centre https://sg.news.yahoo.com/msf--police-investigate-baby-scalding-incident-at-pap-childcare-centre-035259766.html It certainly makes a case for having CCTVs in infant/child care centres. While I found it difficult to understand how people who choose to work in such environment to end up displaying such actions, I think sometimes it is better to be safe than sorry. I do not think that having CCTV will prevent such cases from happening, but I think it will act as a deterrent. It could also help in investigations of alleged cases. It's usefulness could also extend to capturing any unauthorized access of any outsiders. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any available list that note down the centres with CCTV installed. Hence, it is better to ask about this when looking for a suitable infant/child care centre if you are considering one.
