NIPT / Oscar / Harmony / Panaroma test

What's the difference in these 4 test, comparing the types of defects checked, false positive chances, gender reveal, accuracy etc. Which would you all suggest if I had to do 1? I'm 27 FTM. Thanks!

I’m 27, FTM as well and I only went for the super basic NT Scan. Found out the gender at 18 weeks via normal ultrasound scan and further confirmed it during the 20 weeks in depth scan.
