How normal are brown spots during week 13?

What are the changes in your body on your week 13? I had a drop of brown discharge last Thursday so I was put on strict bed rest. Is the brown spotting relatively normal? I feel so worried for my LO. ?

Bed rest din po ako mums pero sa awa NG Diyos I'm in 24weeks na walang any spotting. Better see your doctor po for good answer.
