High Blood Pressure during Pregnancy
What is the best way to lower my blood pressure while I am in my 2nd trimester of pregnancy?

Pinagmonitor po ako ng BP ng OB ko. Iwas talaga sa pagkain ng maraming carbohydrates (kanin, tinapay), sugar (lahat ng matamis: juice, deserts, snacks), at fat (pork, canned and processed food). Kumbaga eat healthy. Uminom ng tubig 2-3L a day. Nakakatulong din po ang exercise, as long as advised ng OB. Ang alam ko po sa ibang high blood ay may nireresita na yung mga OB nila para mamanage.
Magbasa paiwas po sa fatty at oily foods.matulog po ng maaga.eat healthy din po. :) drink plenty of water.best to monitor din po ng BP nyo.
Eat less oily and fatty foods, monitor mo din blood pressure mo
