What are the best steps to take during breastfeeding in order to slim down successfully? There are mixed results I have seen of breastfeeding mums who do not slim down and remain in a fatty shape.

hi. firstly, it really is in the genes of the person as different people's body react differently and this is base on scientific research. some people do slim down some people actually gain weight, some people will lose but will still hold onto some fats. the general idea is breastfeed as much as possible, eat minimum 1200 cal for urself plus within 500 cal proteins, and then bf bf bf. increase fiber and reduce carbo (cannot don't eat), increase protein --- if this works for u, lucky u! then there are the quick fixes. i went to marie france and they help me lose 11kg. there are many sliming centres, herbal life, gel, nu-skin. etc. all kinds of more expensive options. u will see fast results without much effort but i don't recommend the consumption kinds because all the pills etc don't have v long history enough to show if really no side effects then of cause there is diet and exercise - cardio and some strength training, tabatta workout, hits - any workout is better than no workout - long process but u will get there slowly but surely (only results guarantee) then there are people whose body actually hold onto a few kg of fats or pack on more fat for their body to make milk. this part - its ur body - u can't force it - after bf journey ends, will slim down

I have not much an idea on this. Just 1 advice, do whatever works for you. I have noticed even for my friends, different sruffs works for each individual Lightly used, i have a spare pump. Good condition comes with 2 bottles. FCFS Sengkang pm me directly. No other locations which can get pretty confusing. Not forgetting, genes play an important role as well. Also your diet, healthy diet with exercise never goes wrong. Id say, naturally is always better then pills. And the cheapest option as well. :)
