32weeks & 5Days Baby Head is Big

Went for my 32w5d appt ytd. Doctor says baby is on the big side. Current est. weight about 2.2kg and head circumference at 31.7cm (97th percentile). She says very difficult to go for normal delivery. Anyone had the same doctor's opinion?
