Tired

Week 6 + pregnancy , almost 7 week . Feeling damn tired . Still need to take care of 2 kids at the same time 😭 Plus sick, not feeling well, tummy keep hurting, diarrhea .

feeling tried is normal in pregnancy .but it seems you are not well. Talk to your doctor
