We are trying (desperately) to cut back on processed meats at home. Could you share filling breakfast recipes that are healthier alternatives? Cereal just won't work with my boys.

We love having Mexican breakfast burritos and if you are cutting back on processed meat, you can try taking off the meat and adding avocados, beans and corn. You can add in more fun by letting the kids make their own burritos.

egg is good option and also try to take grains, peas, soyabean, beans, etc for healthier breakfast.

How about oats with some fruits, different types of smoothies or pancakes ?
