Pag oral mommy advice ni OB sakin dati 3x a day pwedeng after or before meal. Pag insert naman, best time is before going to bed po.

once a day lng po ang reseta ni ob. 1000mg po yun. same po ba lahat?

nagtake ako orally 2 caps sa morning and sa evening naman 2 caps insert before sleeping and after peeing
