construction noise

Was eating at a hawker and some workers just decided to do construction (drilling of road) right outside. Its so loud and we were exposed to it for a good 10 mins. Will baby be affected? Week 24 now.

Living in SG, loud noises really cannot help it. Don’t think it’ll affect baby, but it can affect us (pregnant or not) if the decibel too high!

Don’t think so....I worked in construction and renovation line, expose to this type of noise almost weekly. Baby is fine :) don’t worry too much!

Yes sometimes the noise gets too loud and I had to leave the site haha. Next time if you happen to encounter public construction, just tell baby everything is okay and walk away if you are uncomfortable :) enjoy your pregnancy!
