Just want to share lang mga mamshies out there.. My OB told me kung ano ang bawal at hindi sa buntis.
Bawal: chocolate, coffee, tea, softdrinks, process food. ( can, process meat, junk foods)
Di bawal: lahat ng food (except nasa bawal π ) You are free to eat. Lahat ng gusto ng taste buds mo like sweet (sugary), bitter, sour, spicy, salty. ( yes you read it correctly)
Kaya yung mga may worries dyan, wag kayo masyado pala google.. Minsan lang kayo mag bubuntis minsan maselan pa ang panlasa nyo kaya.. EAT LIKE A QUEEN πΈ lubos lubusin nyo na hanggat bine beybi pa kayo ng mister at family nyo. Dahil pag nanganak na kayo. Di na kayo pede umarte. π€£β
Ps: eat like a queen, pag dating nyo ng 7-8 mos preggy eat like a poor na po more water na. π
