water bag

I had a false alarm the day before my waterbag really broke. My panty was wet so I thought my waterbag leaks or something. Went for a check and gynae said no. I am someone who walks alot during pregnancy. The next day after the false alarm, I walked from boon keng to novena then climb up and down the stairs 5 times (10 levels). At night my waterbag broke. Not sure if walking triggers the breakage or the waterbag is already leaking the day before.

I wasn’t doing anything. My water bag just broke after dinner.

It was in the middle of the night.. I was sleeping hahaha
