This is critical as even if you get you child vaccinated they still may not be protected from disease. Unless you get titers you do not know if your child has developed enough antibodies from the vaccine. But, if enough children are vaccinated heard immunity is developed and then harmful disease won’t be able to enter a population. The whole concept is quite fascinating, but the bottom line is that we are not protected from disease unless we all vaccinate.

Vaccinations effect does not last for more than a year. So it’s important to keep doing it.
