1mo fell down while bathing

Hi all urgent, was bathing lo in a tub when the tub suddenly lost balance and fell. Lo was in the tub ( never hit the floor and was sitting straight all waters are drained from the tub. No injuries still can smile and eat what should i do? I feel guilty will something happen to her?

If there's no sign of injury it should be fine. Look out for signs of concussion like vomitting, fever otherwise just take it as a learning experience to be more careful next time. Babies are more resilient than you think!
