PCOS with 2 children?

My ultrasound report says I have a polycistic right ovary. I gave birth a year ago and I also have a 4 yo child. Is it possible that the report is accurate? And that I do have PCOS? Is there anyone here with the same diagnosis and have already given birth prior to being diagnosed as a pcos patient? #advicepls #pleasehelp
