Balik Breastfeed
Turning 6 months na si baby sa Sep 1, pwede pa po ba akong mag relactate ? Sobrang hirap po nya hanapan ng hiyang na milk gawa ng may halak sya huhu need help po pr any suggestions please 🥺
Pwedeng-pwede pa po ang magrelactate, since based on supply and demand ang breastmilk natin. Kaya ang challenge talaga ay kung paano mako-convince si baby na maglatch ulit. You might need the assistance of a lactation expert. For starters, pwede rin po kayo magpump to stimulate the demand on your body (make sure to do breast massages first).
