Is it true that raspberry leaf tea helps with labor? Or ease labor? #pregnancy #advice

I tried but unfortunately, I started too late so it doesn’t help me at all 😔 please try to start early in trimester 3! Heard from most mommies that it helps.

I see a lot of mommies started to drink even before week 37, even online research stated can start from week 32. It’s up to individual, I would say.
