Hello is it true to avoid coffee as much as possible during pregnancy as it will lead to problems with baby growth and development?

I’ve been drinking coffee throughout my pregnancy for my first born. Don’t know what kind of growth and development you are talking about but mine seems fine? Haha just don’t over do it. Moderation is key.
