17 month old refuses milk
We tried introducing fresh milk but since then, he hasn’t drank any milk for 3 days straight. We tried giving him milk if different temperatures, in different cups, but he refuses. Any advice?
My 18 months old too rejecting milk! So frustrating when I try to feed her. Sometimes she uses her cute-looking straw in a cup or sometimes I’ll just feed her normally in a bottle with a Y or X teat. She’ll just stop the milk flow with her tongue and I’ll have to pinch the teat to force the milk flow out. She drinks on average 80-100ml per feeding, about 3 times a day only. Most of the time she eats her solids well though, I have no complains. Lunch and dinner is always rice. Breakfast is a variety. She loves her veggies and banana. Never tried cold milk before, she used to drink Dutch Lady Full Cream Milk (1 packet day) but now she doesn’t like it. I’ve succumbed to the fact that my LO will be weaning off milk sooner that I’d expect. Try substitute with other forms of calcium like cheese or yoghurt. My LO loves her organic yoghurt drops but not the pure yoghurt. Lol.
