Experiencing this (now third trimester). Super painful, it was hard to walk and sit. Some things I’ve tried to help ease (it’s much better now after a couple of days): - eat high fibre foods - go to the toilet as soon as you feel it - avoid wiping, best to use water - use a sitz bath, or alternatively, shower the rear area with warm water for a few mins, a few times a day - icing the area - wear cooling pads (I used sofy) - if possible, wear a long dress and skip the underwear to let the area breathe

Let gynae know. They will prescribe you pregnancy safe medication for piles.
