normal lng ba na kapag nakahiga ka sa kanang side tapos lilipat ka sa kaliwang side na masakit sa balakang ? im a 7mos preggy po ..
nkataas ung paa pag mtutulog na sa gabi..then no pork,no chicken muna bang manas ang paa,..kc sbi bwal dw kumain nun pag nmmanas.
tinataas ko lang un paa ko sa unan pag matutulog yun turo saken which is effective naman.. d ko lamg sure kung ganun din sa iba

I lie down and elevate my feet on a big yoga ball. It’s much needed especially if I walk a lot or sit a lot that day
massage feet plus I always put extra pillow under my feet I can fall asleep in seconds 😂 very comfortable
Walk and wear compression socks. I find elevating my feet cramps even more 🤷🏻♀️
itaas mo lang yung paa mo kapag natutulog. proven and tested ko na.
Elevate my legs with pillows. By the next day my sore & swollen feet are gone 😊
32weeks na.hindi pa naman namamaga paa ko. ilang weeks po ba yan dapat mgmaga.hihi
