Totoo po ba pag may heat rash si baby bawal malalangsa like itlog? Kasi mas lalo na tritrigger yung rash ? Kumain kasi ko itlog tas napansin ko parang nagkaron sya ng pula pula na maliit sa kamay yung heat rash nya sa likod at tyan lng tas ngyon nagkarun na sa kamay🥺🥺

yes, yung diet po ng breastfeeding moms can affect babies especially if may allergy. if you can try to avoid po muna food high in allergen and/ or observe what food triggers the reaction
