Napakalaking epekto po kaya piliin po nten mging healthy tayo,,,Base po sa xperience ko ng sa bunso ko po na stress aq kc habang buntis aq namatay ang Ttay ko,,then sa work ko non medyo pagod dn tas mga iniisip ko kya naisilang ko sya ng 8mos lng jaundice xa,,malakas ang heart beat kya na nicu ng almost 2mos din then palagi sa baga ang sakit nya kc kasalukuyan nanganganak ako ngka broncho pako trimester ko na un kya pinagtake nko ng antbiotics ng ob ko non khit nsa sinapupunan ko pa sya,,,pero sadyang napakabuti ng Panginoon hindi nya kmi pinabayaan magnnay sa osptal khit nahihirapan aq huminga non gawa ng ubo at hika ko na normal ko pa din sya at malakas ang katawan ng bunso ko kaya ngayon malaki na sya 🙏 palagi po tayong magddsal sa lahat ng oras po
