Can I take multivitamin milk for mums (eg Similac, Dumex) and pregnancy multivitamins (Blackmores)?

Is this too much? Would this be harmful to me or the baby? #firsttimemom #firstbaby

not sure i'm lactose intolerant so don't drink normal milk but i do drink soy/almond milk & take multivitamins prescribed by doc except tht i don't mix them together

I post the exact same question to my gynae yesterday. He say just take one at a time, maybe can alternate!

You can have materna milk of either those brand and your prescribed multivitamins like obimin.
