1 cm, any advice how to dilate faster? :(

Any tips para maging 3 cm agad? I'm 40 weeks and 3 days, risky yung situation ng baby ko sa loob ng tyan dahil hindi daw naglilikot :( any tips po para bumaba na po agad, kinakabahan lang ako sa mga possibilities na pwede mangyari for my baby, tysm :( #advicepls

try nipple stimulation po. i was scheduled for induce na then i read na this helps and it work for me. broke my bag of water at 5:45 am gave birth at 3:09pm 😊 good luck po
