runny nose

hello, any tips or natural home remedies or ways to relieve headache & runny nose without taking paracetamol? trying not to depend so much on medication but will go doctor soon if still not getting well - 28 December 2019

For colds, can try hot honey ginger tea. For headache, can also try hot compress.
