Hi. Any tips on how to heal my caesarean wound inside? Is it possible for VBAC after a year?

I know it's possible, but my tip is to be open to constant monitoring of foetal heartbeat and other vitals. In my opinion, this is a fair enough trade off.

Time is the best healer. Try not to do strenuous work but stay active too. Plan for a second one when you feel healthy and healed again.
