Depends on your little one sign of allergies, you should avoid food that causes the triggering of allergies in their body. You may get doctor's advice on medications however, avoid steroids for allergies/eczema if this persistent. Usually, food that causes allergies which is common in kids can be dairy, cheese, eggs, nuts, seafood. Kids can mostly consume meat, poultry, bread, cereal, etc. You can also try to get vitamins to boost immunity. Some parents, would do minimal testing on the kids as they aged to see if they are still allergies to a particular food items. However, this is not recommended, to avoid unnecessary hospitalization.
