Cold shower & shivering

There was one night I took a cold shower during pregnancy, when I came out of the shower I was so cold and was shivering. Would it harm the baby?

The insides of your body is still pretty warm and cozy for your baby. But you make sure you take good care of yourself too mummy. 😊
