Is there a need to give a 15 month old cow's milk if he is already drinking BM and sometimes supplemented with FM?

Yes. Try to introduce some cows milk to your lo so that you will know if he has any allergy or not and when you wean off bm or fm he won’t reject cows milk. Cows milk taste different and they will need time to get used to it especially for babies who doesn’t like it. Morning breakfast you can replace bm or fm to cows milk.
