is there any mom here not yet married but living together. is there are chances that you insist about marriage?

Me and partner aren't married but we live together. I can't insist on marriage as he is still married to his wife but they haven't lived with each other for years now. We met a little under a year before they broke up. I want to get married, of course. But they've been at it on the annulment for a little under 2 years now and nothing has happened still. So even if I insist in marriage, it's not possible at the time being.
