Nausea vomitting

There are literally nothing to help with nausea vomitting. Went to a&e. Got tablet but nothing seems to work. 😭 #dilemma

Hang in there! I vomited for close to six months! In and out of hospital and nothing works for me as well. Just rest as much as you can. It’ll get better soon ♥️
