Yes, there are a lot. You can visit Greenbelt and Glorietta so you can have options like Cuts4Tots. But if you can drive further, I'd like to recommend Peppermint Salon. There adults can also have their hair cut and I think it's a super fun idea for a kid if their hair is cut together with their companion. Not to mention, it lessens the anxiety for those kids who are still afraid of hairdressers
I think there's a Cuts for Tots in Glorietta!! That's the one with the cars as seats so the kids have fun while getting a haircut ;)
