Confuse first time mommy

Hi there. Im a first time mom and i have no one to help me identify movement. Im 21 weeks and have been feeling a funny thud at the lower part of my tummy. First time was yest. Today, this morning and everning same feeling of thud and its getting frequent.. is it the baby kicking or moving.. sld i be worried?
