I am feeling worried about my pregnancy.

Just tested positive for pregnancy via test kits, but I do not have any symptoms, unlike my first time. Is this normal? P.S. first time pregnancy was a missed miscarriage earlier this year. Any advice from mummies here that have similar situation?

s*** sounds like me! I had a preterm miscarriage at 28 weeks to stillbirth in Dec 2023... and positive now... however, I noticed that I do not have morning sickness/tender breast and am having brown discharge on and off... dont know how and confuse as well... if i should go to gynae first? edit: decided to make an appointment first thing with gynae clinic tmr! just to play safe. it's worrying... can't help much with my reply. just can let you know you're not alone.

Schedule a visit to gynae soon, they will give you supplements to stabilize the pregnancy during first trimester. Just to share, I had a pretty smooth pregnancy (thanks to this I eat non stop and gained a lot of weight 😖), no symptoms or MS other than braxton hicks at late second trimester. Hope everything goes well for you! 🥹

I believe every pregnancy is different. For my first pregnancy, I had no major symptoms too. Other than feeling more tired than usual, I thankfully had no nausea or other symptoms. So hang in there, and hope that it goes smoothly for you too.
