i’m in week 12 and still feeling nausea and vomiting sometimes too. Taking anti nausea pills helped a bit. When i start to feel hungry the nausea feeling will be stronger so its best to eat before the nausea feel overwhelming. No appetite also force myself at least drink hot soup. Hope it will get better for u soon..
as soon as u wake up, much on sm plain crackers or biscuits. like keep by your bedside. sm say this helps :)
