39 weeks here. Im taking evening primrose 3x a day. This morning i woke up with blood on my under wear. When i went to the doctor i was only at 2cm and eas still allowed to go back home. Just one contraction within the period of 40 minutes NST. Was that normal?

Yes po.lalo na pag 1st time mom ka po matagal tlga interval ng contractions mo..lakad2 lang mommy para mabilis ang pag baba nya.may epo ka naman nakak help yan pampa nipis ng cervix.
