Hi! Tanong lang po normal lang po ba sa buntis yung cramps and lower back pain? I’m currently 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant po. #pleasehelp

Hi. Body is adjusting sa pregnancy. It's normal, as long as bearable, kasi nag e-expand ang uterus.
