did your OB recommended you sa endocrinologist and did she adviced you to take insulin? then if inandvice po sayo, then you should take insulin.di po lahat ng mataas ang sugar ay insulin agad ang itatake po. pwedeng madaan pa sa diet depende sa assessment ng Dr nyo. kaya better na pacheck kayo at paadvice sa Dr.
