Hi! Drink lots of water to flush out the water retention! Avoid taking too much sodium and elevate your legs when you sit or sleep. My feet started swelling at 36 weeks and I did those and it helped! Good luck mummy!

It is common during pregnancy and can happen in various body parts. Rest well, stay hydrated
lift legs to higher than heart lvl, thats what my gynae taught and it works for me to certain extent.
