7 weeks pregnant but baby size is only 6 weeks old

Suppose this week is my 7th week pregnancy, but when I went to gynae, the ultrasound showed the baby size is only 5mm which is 6th week old. There is egg yolk and also baby’s heartbeat keep blinking. Why huh?

It could be you're early. 2 weeks ago i went for my scan at 6w4d , baby was measuring 6w. My recent scan at 8w1d, baby was measuring ahead! As long as there's a heartbeat, dont worry for now until your dating scan. With my 6w scan, baby was 3mm. Now its 1.81cm😬
