Male boss was somewhat understanding but currently not my active direct manager. He’s easier to talk to and has empathy. The two female bosses that took over now are not at all sympathetic nor empathetic at all. Knowing both female bore children. They don’t care to ask, very robotic all work kind. Kept sending emails to finish up work. Had to get the male boss to intervene. But still the same. Female bosses are heartless. Lol.
