Yes my boss is. I've taken almost 1 month of NPL in total and she didn't give my any snide remarks or ask me to come back work. She gave me words of encouragement. I mean I know NPL may affect work performance but I'm more concern of my health and baby right now. Im 35 weeks now. I hope I recover well during maternity and able to perform good at my job.
