My 2nd born just turned 6 months! And I know that this is her most awaited milestone because finally she'll have her first solid. But before introducing solids to your lo's please note the signs of readiness. My little one had a banana as her first solid since I can't find any avocado in our town. Why avocado? They are rich in fiber and healthy fats. They're great first food for babies. Unfortunately, can't find one so we opted for banana. Also, you need to offer that certain food for 3 days in a row to check if your baby has an allergy on it. Make sure that the foods that you offer are soft, easy to chew.
